Drop-In Classes

• All Drop-In Classes – £15
  (Available for all regular sessions ,including Hatha Flow, All Levels, and Sloth-Dragon-Sloth)

• Low-Cost Community Drop-In – £8
  Reserved for those who might not otherwise be able to practice. Limited spots available per class on a first-come, first-served basis—no questions asked.

  Sloth Frequency - Sound Bath – £20
  (Available for all regular sessions ,including Hatha Flow, All Levels, and Sloth-Dragon-Sloth)

  1-2-1 Classes – £80
  A fully personalised yoga session tailored to your body, goals, and pace—perfect for deepening your practice, working with injuries, or building confidence before joining group classes.
  

Intro Offer

• Explorer Sloth – £60
  Unlimited yoga for 1 month. Available to new students only.
  (Excludes workshops, special courses, and offers.)

Packages

• On the Go Sloth – £28
  2-class package, valid for 2 weeks.

• Committed Sloth – £55
  4-class package, valid for 5 weeks.

• Big Bad Sloth – £115
  10-class package, valid for 12 weeks.

• Seasonal Yoga Immersion – £50
  A themed 4-session journey running on Thursdays from August 2025
  (Valid only for Yoga immersion classes.)

Mat Rental

• £2 per session – Available for ClassPass users. (Mat rental included in website bookings)
