  • Victoria – Co-founder & Teacher (Thursdays, Sloth-Dragon-Sloth)

    Victoria leads our signature Sloth-Dragon-Sloth class, a carefully crafted journey through slow Yin, fiery flow, and restorative stillness.

    Shaped by her love for Ashtanga yoga and her expertise in Yoga Nidra, her classes invite both challenge and release, helping students explore their full range with curiosity and care.

    Her calm, intuitive presence, invites students to move with intention and self-awareness, supporting them to explore both effort and ease.

    Victoria’s training includes:

  • Leela – Co-founder & Teacher (Mondays, All Levels)

    Leela brings a thoughtful, body-aware approach to her teaching. Integrating Neuro-Biomechanics, breathwork, and creative sequencing into a powerful and playful practice.

    At the heart of Leela’s teaching is a genuine love for people. Her warm and encouraging presence helps students feel more at ease in their bodies, guiding them to move with curiosity rather than self-judgment

  • Flora – Power Yoga Teacher (Wednesdays, All Levels)

    Flora teaches dynamic classes that are rooted in Power Yoga. Her energising style builds strength, stamina, and confidence—helping students explore their physical edge while staying grounded in breath and alignment. Whether you’re newer to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Flora’s clear guidance and infectious energy will leave you feeling empowered and recharged.

  • Aran – Hatha & Yin Teacher (Fridays, Hatha Flow)

    Aran offers calm, grounding classes that blend alignment-focused Hatha with gentle Yin elements and mindfulness. Originally from Spain, she has been living in London for 5 years and teaching yoga for nearly 3, her steady, nurturing style creates space for students to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention.

    Aran’s training includes:
    • 400-hour Teacher Training – Escuela Internacional de Yoga, Madrid
    • 100-hour Yoga for Women
    • 100-hour Yin Yoga

  • Miranda - Hatha - Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
    Miranda’s yoga journey began during a turbulent period of her life. She found her first class a challenge, but felt a pull to keep going back. It wasn’t long before she was practising 10-15 hours a week, exploring different styles, studios and teachers all over the London.

    Miranda completed a 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training with Triyoga, and graduated wishing to pass on to others the transformative benefits of a regular yoga practice. Her approach encourages people to aim for integrity before depth, to build strong foundations, and to connect the mind, body & breath. 

  • Alex – Power Yoga Teacher

    Alex brings a warm energy to her classes, blending the strength and clarity of Power Yoga with a slower, more mindful pace. Her teaching supports students in building resilience—both physically and mentally—while staying present.

    With a background in psychology, Alex has a deep understanding of how movement, mood, and mindset are connected.
