Leela
My name is Leela and I am one of the co-founders of The Yoga Sloth. My journey into yoga started over a decade ago and it has been a transformative experience for me ever since. Through my practice, I have found a way support my love for movement and learned from inspiring teachers who have allowed me to experience the power of yoga on body and mind, especially in times of difficulty or stress. As a passionate practitioner and teacher, I believe that a growth begins with self-love, confidence and co. My classes have a dynamic and down-to-earth tone. I teach energetic vinyasa flow with a focus on breath. With a nurturing and supportive approach, I strive to help my students leave each class feeling energised, nourished, and empowered with a smile on their face. I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, with additional training in Breathwork and Pranayama (60 hours), and Yoga Adjusts and Assists (40 hours).

Hello 👋 My name is Victoria and I am a co-founder of The Yoga Sloth ✨I first came into yoga 9 years ago. My classes are intended to build power generated from within. Building strength and confidence in the body, inviting students to go beyond yoga asanas(postures) and implementing tools of breath and clarity on and off the mat. I believe that transformation in the body and mind starts with correct breathing techniques, precise alignment and sweat at the end of your yoga practice.
