Aran – Hatha & Yin Teacher
Yoga first found Aran in 2016 at a ‘Yoga and Family’ event, where she met the teacher who would spark her journey. Since then, it’s transformed how she connects with herself, sees the world, and relates to others.
Her teaching style is gentle and grounding, designed to bring your full awareness to the present moment, from the first breath to the final Savasana. She loves balance poses for their quiet focus, and Halasana for the deep relief it brings to the nervous system.
Aran lives and teaches by the philosophy of Ahimsa — non-violence, not just to others, but to yourself. In a world always pushing us to do more, she offers space to simply be.
Her hope? That you leave class feeling more at peace, more in your body, and a little less lost in thought.
Something she’s learned along the way? “You can't help someone who isn't ready to receive help — and it's important to be at peace with that.”
