CLASSES
ALL LEVELS YOGA
In this class, we'll be combining the physical Asana practice with breath work and meditation to help you tap into your inner strength and connect positively with your body, mind, and spirit. Get ready to move, sweat, and playfully challenge yourself in a way that will leave you feeling stronger, more focused, and set up for the rest of your day. All levels welcome.
SLOTH-DRAGON-SLOTH
The class begins with slow, deep Yin postures, gently preparing the body and mind. This is followed by a challenging, dynamic flow, designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, with advanced options and modifications available to suit individual needs. The practice then transitions back into restorative Yin, allowing for relaxation and release.
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice where postures are held for longer periods, allowing time for the body and mind to fully settle. You will learn how Yin Yoga works with the body’s deeper layers, including fascia, joints, and connective tissues, using simple and accessible anatomy to help you understand what you’re feeling in each pose. Each class blends long-held shapes with steady, conscious breathing, helping you create space, reduce tension, and calm the nervous system.
Winter Yin: Slow Down & Restore
This course is perfect if you’re looking to ease tension, improve mobility, and create space in both body and mind. You’re welcome to join us for the full journey, or drop in to any week if that feels right for you.
