Meet Miranda! One of our wonderful teachers who brings steady and grounded energy to every class. 🧘♀️
Yoga first found Miranda during a difficult time, when she was feeling lost, and though her first class wasn’t easy, she was drawn back by the discipline, the challenge, and that quiet sense of serenity that slowly began to show up in other parts of her life. Now, she shares that journey with her students, helping them reconnect with themselves and leave feeling lighter, more at peace, and a little more present.
Her teaching style is steady, creative, and spacious, offering time to truly feel each posture, with space to explore and reconnect.
Miranda’s classes are rooted in “Santosha” — the practice of contentment, which she sees as the ability to be fully present and at peace with where you are, even when life feels messy. On the mat, this translates to her mantra: Integrity Before Depth. Rather than rushing into deep shapes or perfect poses, she encourages students to move with awareness and authenticity, making her classes ideal for beginners just starting to explore yoga, as well as experienced yogis looking to reconnect with the simplicity and intention behind their practice.
And when she’s not guiding others into stillness, Miranda finds her version of Santosha at home, cooking something nourishing and curling up with her partner and their beloved cats. 🐾🍲
