Victoria – Co-founder & Teacher (Thursdays, Sloth-Dragon-Sloth)
Victoria is the heart and soul behind our signature Sloth-Dragon-Sloth class — a slow yet powerful journey that combines deep stretches, mindful movement, and inner work. Rooted in her love for Ashtanga yoga and a daily meditation practice, Victoria brings a grounded, intentional energy to every class. She has a deep belief in Ahimsa — non-harming — both on and off the mat. She encourages living in harmony with everything around us.
Her slower-paced classes offer space to explore strength through stillness, with long holds, breath awareness, and a subtle fire that builds from within. Victoria doesn’t shy away from the full emotional spectrum — she welcomes it. Her classes invite students to feel fully, move bravely, and develop tools to manage the inevitable ups and downs of life.
Trained with inspiring teachers such as Dulce Hikurina (Mandala Yoga), Laurent Rouge (Yoga Nidra), and David Swenson (Ashtanga), she brings the depth and diversity of these practices into every class she teaches.
